My ‘Perfect’ Future
I hope you make space to dream for our world. These are My Dreams for the World.

My Thoughts:
It’s been a minute….HEY!
THESE ARE MY DREAMS FOR THE WORLD
Our world needs dreamers. We need those who see the world and can envision a better one.
I dream of a world in which farmers make a decent living raising the food for the world.
I dream of a world in which systems honor people and communities over profit and gains.
I live and conduct business in ways that support a living wage for all.
I live and conduct business in ways that are rooted in communal gains rather than individual gains.
I dream of all individuals and communities given an equitable chance to build a stable future and thrive.
I embrace and uphold my role in ending systemic racism and oppression.
I dream of a world where schools and homes are respected by society as support and safety pillars.
I dream of a world where we live in balance with nature and wildlife, making peace with the elements.
I take action towards making my community a safe space for everyone.
I take action towards ensuring nature, wildlife, and our oceans will be enjoyed by future generations.
I dream of all having access to nutritious, healthy, and culturally appropriate food.
I am committed to eliminating food deserts, hunger and assuring quality food in every neighborhood and home.
I dream of a world in which people discuss differing opinions and views through civil discourse.
I dream of a world where we see value in each individual's unique experiences, backgrounds, and views.
I am ready to have uncomfortable conversations with myself and others because I believe BIPOC lives matter.
I am facing and challenging my implicit biases, discriminating and racist thoughts, and beliefs and choices.
I dream of humans having grace for themselves and patience with themselves and all others.
I know that I will make mistakes, but I will own up to them and rectify my choices with anybody I may have harmed.
I dream of a world in which all mothers can deliver future generations comfortably and safely.
I dream of a world where space is made in homes, companies, and schools, acknowledging the individuals as whole people.
I am creating a world in which everyone is safe on an individual and systemic level.
I am catching, finding, and seeing history, experiences and viewpoints that have not been deemed worthy.
I dream of clean water, clean air, and clean earth.
I am part of the change towards a sustainable earth for all living beings and the environment.
I dream of a world in which mental health, brain health checkups are as routine as any other physical screening or physical.
I dream of a world in which all individuals will be able to pass down generation wealth. All types of wealth: financial, cultural, and spiritual.
I listen and create space for BIPOC individuals and collective healing and needs.
I listen, unlearn, and learn anew to better understand communities harmed by white supremacy, the patriarchy, and capitalism.
I dream of an anti-ist generation.
antiracist
anti-ableist
anti-sexist
anti-classist
I am consciously working towards a systemic shift in which it is abundantly clear that BIPOC lives matter and have always mattered.
I dream of a world in which, when we make decisions, we consider both the intent and impact.
I dream of a world in which those who have more than they need will extend their table rather than build a higher wall.
I believe in an empathetic world, where harm and pain are acknowledged coming from any community.
I believe in sharing my wealth in all its forms for the betterment and success of all.
I dream of homegrown food, composting, and beekeeping by individuals, groups, and communities.
I dream of a world where we understand people can change their minds and opinions as more knowledge is gained.
I dream of a world where basic needs such as quality health care and education are financially viable for all.
I am choosing to amplify and center BIPOC voices as I know their voices hold power.
I am choosing to help ensure the basic needs of individuals and the collective are met.
The actions you take or choose not to take, where you decide to spend your money or not spend your money, is a vote toward the world you believe in.
I channel my emotions into energy and action toward change, toward a better life for all.
What do you value, and what do you believe in?
How can you operate and live in a way that is sustainable, regenerative, better for the long run? Living in the understanding of our fates being intertwined with nature, the elements and the Earth.
How will what we do here today affect the seventh generation? (Native American Principle)
And how are the children? (African Proverb)
We don't inherit the earth from our Ancestors; we borrow it from our children. (Native American Principle)
It is time to Decolonize, Liberate, and Indigenize our world.
I am in the good fight against the status quo for an equitable and antiracist world for all.
